Tighten, Tone, and Sculpt your Abdominals, Obliques, and Lower Back Muscles keeping your stable and balanced. Strong core muscles allow proper movement of all other muscle by effectively transferring loads between upper and lower body muscle. This session will challenge your ability to stabilize loads both dynamically and statically, while keeping you entertained and motivated in the process
