Learn and master all the foundational fitness movements, programming, and train up for CrossFit and CrossFit Challenges in this Semi-Competitive fitness session. Consisting of constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements - CrossFit can be a challenge for everyone. A great way to focus on your Metabolic Conditioning, X-Fit 1 and X-Fit 2 sessions are split by levels of difficulty and experience so everyone can enjoy comfortably.
