Jump start your recovery process, prepare for your workout sessions, or continue to enhance your overall flexibility and mobility in this pre- or post-stretch session. Flexibility is essential in preventing injury, and Mobility keeps your machine well oiled. This session is a great way to prep your muscle and upregulate nervous system before your workout begins or relax and down-regulate the nervous system after an intense workout. Everyone can benefit from a good stretch and flex, especially older adults and athletes.
